MDIS.... here i come......

Wee.... I'm so happy this morning when i saw an MDIS envelope on the table. It's my accpectance form for my course. I'm going back to school people on the 4th of May. I will be doing International Business. Class will be every Monday and Wednesday evenings from 7pm to 10pm. My campus is situated at Sterling Road, near Queenstown. I'm so excited about it man.

So dear friends, please kindly avoid dating me out in the evening during Monday and Wednesday ok ha ha ha (joking, can ask me out for supper after class). The course duration is 1 year but i will be appling for deferment for my August-October term to November instead. Reason being i will miss out 3 lesson during that period of time for my wedding and honeymoon.

King is very supportive about me going back to further my studies. Thanks Bebe, I love you. Oh yeah, Kat love birthday is next week Friday on the 1st of May - Labour Day. But as all the chalets are fully booked so she will be celebration it on 2nd of May instead at City Beach Resort. Kat love will be turning 21 this year.

The month of May I'm kind of fully booked with programes. I still have my first HDB appointment on the 6th of May, photo shoot on the 28th of May and my Aaron Kwok's concert on the 30th of May. I'm so happy to lay my hands on the pair of concert tickets yesterday during lunch time at Jurong Point. Sigh, his concert tickets are getting more and more expensive.

Oh man i can't wait for class to start then i study during working hours when i'm free (of course i will finish my work first ok). Had been staying at King's parents place for coming 1 month. Things had been fine so far. Had dinner last Sunday evening at Bottle Tree at Yishun with my mum, grandma and King's parents. They were talking non stop during the dinner but non of it is about our wedding.

In two more weeks, i will be left with 4 months till our big day. Argh we still have many things yet to be done. Luckly for me, i have learning how to take things lightly and not to stress myself out too much lately and now i feel alot better. I'm looking forward to married life with King and starting our very own family. Hopefully by next year, we are blessed with a baby (dear GOD please make our wish come true, amen!).

Bye bye to old flat...

Very lazy to do any updates later again ha ha ha. OK my old flat is finally sold. Completed the sale last Friday and have collected the cheque for my proceeds of my share too. Though the amount is not big nor is it a small amount too. The money is meant for my new place renovation and others so the money must be spend wisely.

Nothing much to update though but i will cut it short. Life after moving into with my future in-laws are still doing well. Almost everyday we are home for dinner with the folks. Try to create small talks as and when i can. King's folks adores Donut very much like their grandson ha ha ha. Uncle even take his time to bath him almost every week and makes him steaks for his meals (he pampers Donut alot, making King jealous).

Next month, 6th of May will be our first HDB appointment for buying of our new house. I'm so excited over it LOL. More to the excitement, 28th of May will be our wedding photo shooting. Come to think of it I'm left with plus minus 5 months before our big day (OH MY GOD). I think others must thinking I'm crazy over getting married ha ha ha (so what if i am, i just too in LOVE).

Kat, love has been working in Toppan Forms for almost 2 weeks. So far things are great for her. Hope that she keeps up the good job. 2 more weeks to go it's her 21st birthday. I wish for her to find the happiness of her life, able to save up asap for her to go back to study soon and whatever she wishes for comes true. Talking about birthdays, today is my pal Teresa's birthday.

Will be heading down to Powerhouse this Saturday to celebrate Teresa's birthday and dear Angela's birthday as well tomorrow. King will be joining me for the celebration. We will be having Angela's favourite steamboat buffet for dinner tomorrow before heading to Powerhouse at night to party. It's has been a long time since King went clubbing with me and my friends.

I passed!!!

Receive Paul, my housing agent's sms on Tuesday night asking me how is my CES results. I replied him saying that i have yet to receive my results as King and I have already started to stay over at King's parent's place since last Sunday. Sms him to check with him how did he fare for his CES papers.

Paul replied me saying that he passed and say that I should have receive my results by mail and ask me to check my letter box. Yesterday after work, drove back to old house to drop off a few more empty boxes for dad to help us pack the kitchen stuff into the boxes for us. Stop by the letterbox to check on my mails. There it is, an envelope from SAEA. For a second, i was so nervous about my results.

I went to sit for my two papers last month on the 14th and 15th, it sort of slip off my mind about me taking the tests. I was jumping for joy when i realise I passed. I was kind of surprise i actually passed. I thought i would fail at least one of the papers or both papers. I didn't really took it very seriously, i only merely flip the notes just hours before the test. When i was doing the test, half the time i was just betting the right answer with my gusts.

Ha ha ha, think i have to thank god for letting me pass. King say he already knew that i would passed no matter how. Guess next step since i have pass my CES, i just have to decide which property agency i should enroll myself to attend their property course. So ERA? Propnex? or HSR? Which one should i join? Think maybe after my 2nd appointment and 1st appointment with HDB then i decide.
