Finally found.....
Had been very or i should say super busy coping with new house hunting very since after Chinese New Year till now. Thought shortly after Chinese New Year, my property agent managed to find me a buyer and close the deal of selling my house away but it doesn't ease all my problems. King and I went house hunting whenever we are free and at times i went hunting alone.
After 1 tiring month of house hunting, I'm proud to announce that King and I have found our dream home. Our new place will still be around Woodlands area but closer to Woodlands MRT and Causeway Point Shopping/ Civic Centre. Our new place is a low rise block and we live on the third floor with 1 neighbour beside our unit. On top of that, the block has received news on upgrading of lifts.
The good news is there wouldn't be any neighbours above our unit (ha ha ha) as it's a maisonette that we bought. The unit was value at 405K but the owner of the unit agree to and had let go of the unit to us at a low and reasonable price of 380K. Not to worry, the owner agree to let go at a lower price not because they owe money, the reason being so is they had purchase a new condo somewhere is Jurong area.
Met up with the agent last night to hand him the option exercise fee cheque on top of the cheque we have passed him for the option to purchase over the weekend that just pasted. The agent told us that he will submit the documents this afternoon and that our first appointment with HDB will be tentatively 29th April in the afternoon. King and I are so excited about it he he. Oh we also received the floor plan to our new place (need to start planning how to design and renovate).
I had went for my first appointment with HDB for selling my house last Friday on the 6th. The HDB officer mention that the second appointment will within 1st April to 15th April. This gives me another headache as on the second appointment i would need to over the keys and vacant the whole house to the buyer. King and I needs to start packing our stuff back to his parents place as soon as possible for this case then.
Well thank god, at least both selling and buying of house issue has been settled (hopefully we can get the keys to house by end of May). I'm going to ask around for quotations on renovating our new house soon he he. All i have to do next is consentrate on my wedding as we will be going for our gown chosing and fittings this month 28th.
